What do I need to do to claim?
To be eligible to submit a claim, Claimants must purchase a new eligible Oven, Stove, Freestanding Cooker or Rangehood ("Eligible Product"),
from a Participating Retailer outlet (either in-store or online) in Australia within the Purchase Period while stocks of Eligible Products last.
Refurbished, second-hand Eligible Products or purchases made from non-approved retailers (either in-store or online) are excluded from this offer.
A Claimant must have fully paid for the Eligible Product before they are eligible to submit a claim.
Where an Eligible Product is returned to the Participating Retailer, the Claimant is not entitled to the Bonus Product.
How do I claim?
To claim, a Claimant must undertake the following steps during the Claim Period:
Visit www.cookingpromo.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion claim page;
Input the requested details (including their full name, mailing address, valid email address, mobile number and model number of the Eligible Product,
the date the Eligible Purchase was made and the Participating Retailer) and upload a copy of the purchase receipt for the Eligible Purchase; and then
Submit the fully completed online claim form.
The claimant will then receive an email from the Promoter confirming that their claim has been submitted and is subject to verification.
Successful claimants will then receive a second email from the Promoter confirming their claim is valid.
Is there an age limit on who can enter into this promotion?
The offer is open to Australian residents over the age of 18.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim ("Claimant").
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, or step-child (whether natural or by adoption),
parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further, the parent/guardian of the Claimant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor submitting a claim in this offer.

Is this offer valid for an eligible cooking appliance that I bought on the internet? (e.g., eBay)
Eligible Cooking Appliances must be purchased new from authorised outlets.
Refurbished, second-hand Eligible Products or purchases made from non-approved retailers (either in-store or online) are excluded from this offer.
To remove doubt, eBay, Amazon, Kogan, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree are NOT eligible participating retailers.
Do I have to supply the original receipt?
No, we require that you send us a copy of your original receipt and retain the original for warranty purposes.
The receipt is necessary for us to validate your purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for your entry will result in invalidation of your claim.
Copied purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
Unreadable, badly damaged, out of focus or tampered receipts may need further investigation to validate the claim.

Can I claim more than once?
Yes, but only if you have purchased more than one eligible Cooking Appliance product as per the full Terms and Conditions.
Can I enter the promotion with the same receipt number?
Yes, but only if you have purchased more than one eligible Cooking Appliance product.

Note, one household / person can only claim 3 times.
How long will it take to receive the bonus WUSTHOF Knives products?
Please allow up to 8 weeks from when we would typically receive your printed claim form and receipt.
What happens once I′ve entered my claim?
We aim to validate your claim and dispatch the WUSTHOF Knives as quickly as possible,
however please allow up to 8 weeks from the date we received your claim, to allow for processing, validation and delivery.
Once you complete and submit the claim we will email you a ‘Claim ID’.
You can use this ‘Claim ID’ to track the progress of your claim.
